Geelong - The Mighty Cats - The Greatest Team of All

Australian Football is, in my humble opinion, the greatest game in the world and I was thrilled to witness Geelong (The Mighty Cats) win their first Aussie Rules premiership in 44 long years in September 07 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in front of 97,000 fans.

The Cats had a fantastic season in 2007 having won 18 of their 22 games to finish on top of the premiership ladder, with Port Adelaide 3 games (and several classes) behind in second place. I lost a friend and a sister

I am very fortunate to have had fantastic parents to guide me and to have grown up with six brothers and six sisters. We lost one of our sisters early in 2007 and the loss hit me far harder than I realised it would.

I will miss Nett and her passing will help me appreciate my remaining 11 brothers and sisters even more.
